HISTORY

Our enterprise was founded in 1968 by a group of local business men, and it was named METALÚRGICA DE BEDIA S.A. They attemped to introduce themselves in the field of the steel boilers and huge reservoir working. In order to reach that goal, the workshop was supplied with a suitable equipment, acquiring capacity to manufacture huge parts (great weight and size).

In the year 1982, a group of 45 workers decided to become the new owners, Labour Anonim Society:
METALÚRGICA MURTAZAR, S.A.L.

 Since 1994, trying to overcome a new economic crisis, the workers, who were owners too, decided to capitalize a new enterprise called:
CALDERERÍA DE BEDIA, S.A.L.
Once again, this transformation was supported by the Administration, Clients, Suppliers and Financial Entities.
The workshop is specially prepared for any kind of Boiler Making. Thus, there is no limit in manufacturing, neither in quality (carbon steel, alloyed steel, stainless steel), nor in dimensions or weights. The only limitations are the typical from the transport.
